        Adaptive Recreation

The following adaptive recreation programs are designed for
neurodiverse individuals such as those with autism, intellectual
        disabilities, developmental disabilities and more.

        THERAPEUTIC RECREATION
Through our various programs and events, we focus on what is known
as therapeutic recreation. Therapeutic Recreation extends beyond
short-lived activities and works to stimulate physical, cognitive,
emotional, social and leisure development through consistent activity
so that individuals may participate fully and independently in chosen
life pursuits. Recreational therapy, provided by qualified professionals
known as Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS), is
extremely individualized to each person by the participant’s interests
        and lifestyle.
