         23  RD  ANNUAL HISTORIC ROSWELL                       MOTHER/SON HALLOWEEN DANCE
         5K ROAD RACE                                          Enjoy an evening with your favorite young man! Music,

         For runners and walkers alike, this race is immediately   dancing,  prizes,  refreshments,  and  lots  of  fun  at  this
         preceding  the  Youth  Day  Parade.  The  course  runs   event!  Costumes  are  encouraged  but  not  required!  All
         through  Roswell’s  historic  district  and  ends  in  Roswell   boys and female dates are welcome! Each person must

         YOUTH DAY PARADE                                      A SPOOKTACULAR NIGHT AT
         This  annual  event  honors  the  youth  of  Roswell.  This   THE MUSEUMS

                                                               Fee:  $10  per  person  or  $30  for  4  or  more  people
                                                               (Children  under  5  are  free).  Purchase  tickets  at

                                                               Children  are  encouraged  to  come  dressed  in  their
                                                               Halloween costumes and bring a bag or bucket to collect
                                                               treats.

                                                               Spooktacular tours begin at front door of houses, every

         FALL FARM DAY

         After  the  Youth  Day  Parade,  this  annual  family  event
         features artisan exhibits and demonstrations pertaining
         to  life  on  a  19th  century  farm,  including  living  history
         exhibits  and  activities  such  as  spinning,  weaving,  and
         open hearth cooking. Children’s activities include period
         games, farm animal petting zoo, wagon rides, crafts, and
         face  painting.  Food  available  for  purchase.

         Date: Saturday, October 12, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
         Location: Smith Plantation
         Fee: Free; Open house tours are $5 per person
